President
Michael G. Schindler, has more than 35 years experience in the credit and
collection industry and is a recognized authority and leader in this field. He
is a member of virtually every industry related organization (see Professional
Memberships) and is an experienced business owner and seminar leader who
instructs others about how to accelerate their income through improved
collection and accounts receivable techniques. Financial Resources ARG is a financially stable and
privately owned corporation with adequate resources to handle large volumes of
accounts. Our diversified portfolio of clients represents both public and
private sectors. Mission
Statement We believe in providing quality service and assistance in
accounts receivable control while promoting the highest standards of
professional and ethical conduct and growth opportunities to all staff members.
Legal Policy ARG's
corporate attorney is member of the Oregon, Washington and Idaho Bar
Associations. In addition, we are associated with an attorney network to
service our client's needs in the remaining states and countries. ARG
will sue when it is determined voluntary payments cannot be achieved and
sufficient assets are located. Accounts qualified for litigation are assigned
to our in-house legal department. Upon management approval, the account is
prepared for suit by obtaining the client's approval and acquiring sufficient
documents to support the debt. Collection is then pursued through post
judgement executions, including garnishment, until satisfied.
Non-collection
Policy Collectors work accounts until all leads are exhausted and
there is evidence of inability to pay or the balance does not warrant future
action. The collector is the first to identify the non-collectable status of an
account. The collector tags the account for supervisory review and the review
of the account provides the supervisor with valuable collector evaluation
material. The account is then canceled back to the client or returned to the
collector for additional work. Reporting Policy ARG's software provides the most
comprehensive reporting systems in the industry. There are numerous
system-generated reports as well as a report writer that allow us to develop
reports specifically for a client's needs. Virtually all information provided
at the time of listing or during the collection process can be put into a
report. This process is simple and can be altered, as needs change.
Account Acknowledgement This
report is sent to our clients immediately after the listing is completed and
verifies the name, client account number and balance. Listing time varies upon
the technique utilized. Remittance
Advice/Monthly Activity Statement This report is generated and
attached to every remittance. Information includes: payment date, account
numbers, account name, the amount collected, commission due, balance and
applicable remarks as well as the type of payment and monies recovered.
Cancel Report All accounts
closed during the month are reported and canceled. This report includes account
numbers, name, date of assignment, balance and reason for cancellation.
Inventory Report This report
includes name, account number, ARG's account number, placement date, original
balance, current balance, date of last payment, total of payments to date,
number of accounts active, total of original and current balances and current
status. All accounts remain on this report until removed by the remittance
report showing payment in full or a cancel report closing the account.
Tracking Report All accounts are
batched by month, quarter, or overall totals. The tracking report tracks the
statistical data by batch and shows how many accounts were listed each month
and the total dollar value. Adjustments and clients canceled are tracked
separately to insure accurate statistics. Returned accounts, paid/settled in
full and collections are identified with their respective
percentages. |
