Make a payment online using ITS Paymybill. There is no fee for this service. You can pay by credit card, debit card or check. Once you have completed all of the information requested you will receive a confirmation number. The transaction will appear on your bank statement as "ITS Paymybill". A User ID and Password are required and are printed on notices that have been sent to you. If you have any problems, please call 503-230-9522.
