system is unrivaled in the industry. We have nearly 3 million records in our
database to help locate the elusive debtor. Each of our offices and our
corporate attorney is connected to a single mainframe providing a single source
for information.
Depending upon the client's wishes and needs, we can
use any type of electronic method of communicating. We use tape transfer and
modems to upload or download information. We use the Internet to send and
receive information by e-mail, as well as list accounts.
Our
sophisticated, state-of-the-art computer equipment allows us to track and
report results to our clients in a detailed and easy to read format. Our
mainframe computer is a HP-UX 9000/RP3440 capable of storing millions of debtor
accounts. This creates an unbeatable database and coupled with the FACS
collection software provides the flexibility to meet every client need.
We serve both large and small clients electronically. Accounts can be
uploaded directly to our system or the client can send files on disk to be
loaded. Reports and remittances can be downloaded to save valuable time.
